I received a gift from someone and never took the tags off..I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and they wouldn't because I didn't have my receipt..I would never shop here and I will be telling everyone I know not too..you can resell it..makes no sense..horrible business

We came out here today to find a jersey for my son that passed away. The store wasn’t open. Should have been and was told someone would open it at 2pm. Nope never opened up. A 45 minute drive and spent 2 hours waiting and nothing. Very disappointed and will never try again.

I had an outstanding shopping experience shopping at Touchdown Gifts! I had great difficulty trying to buy an oversized AZ CARDINALS gaming chair for my son. Other businesses let me actually make the purchase only to cancel on me a few days later, saying it was out of stock and they couldn’t get it. I emailed the owner of Touchdown, who told me why others couldn’t get me the chair, made a commitment to contact the vendor, whom she had a relationship with, and followed through on her promise to get back to me. She was able to lock in an order with the vendor and told me when to expect it! It was a great pleasure to do business with Touchdown!

came to get my dad a LAST second father's day gift, stores gate was down at 5 pm when the mall doesn't close until 8 even w covid going on, saw an employee sitting inside by the register called out to ask if they were open repeatedly ignored, until my boyfriend was much louder, he said yes and sat down w his back to us, i thought he might be finishing what he was doing and coming to open the gate. 5 minutes go by so i call the store and he says are you the one outside the gate i said yes he said WERE NOT OPEN, incredibly rude. so i asked when they would be open he said tomorrow at 12:05. i felt that this was rude and unprofessional and i'm pretty upset.
