Josh Allen belongs to the same referral group that my company is in. Each one of the referrals I have given him ends up using TSI for IT Services. I have been a customer of TSI for over 9 years. The team there is incredible. They are always very helpful and have great products. If I have ever had a problem, they call me back within a few minutes. I really like that everything they do is pretty much paperless. A lot of companies still use paper invoices and work orders whereas TSI uses electronic estimates, work orders and invoicing. They have handled everything from a commercial phone system, networking, fiber installs, overhead music, firewall and even software support for the company that I work for. I have always recommend them and always will.

We have been a TSI customer for a while. They are ready to assist at the drop of the had. Don't look at us like a number and always remember our names. On site service is typically what we get. Staff is super personable yet extremely knowledgeable and professional. Most definitely recommend TSI to local businesses.
