I filled up the truck and they still charges me 15 extra dollars for fuel.

Had a hitch put on was charged 40 extra for wiring...bought a new trailer and nothing worked got the run around to be fixed ...did it myself called u haul was on phone waiting ...after 90 minutes I hung up ...advise to use Ryder as would hate to break down and nobody answers in a timely fashion
