“Had the jeep a month and turns out it needs 6,500 worth of work. Needs upper and lower ball joints shocks and a lot more I have all paperwork from a mechanic shop. Shocks are blown and rotted. Tried to get ahold of Austin and he does not answer. Total car is 13,900 and can’t even drive it do to the issues until I pay the 6,500 would have been better on marketplace. Don’t shop here!! Paying for a car I can’t drive.
Went there today looking for jeeps, the guy I spoke to worked with me through and through. The jeep I selected needed a battery and he replaced it before I left. Great shop and great people!!! Highly recommend! Was there maybe 2 hours and I left in my brand new jeep, thank you so much!”

“I found a higher mileage Honda Pilot at Car Remedy, knew nothing about them. Lucas represented the car accurately and honestly. The carpet needed cleaned, it had not been detailed yet and it had a dent in the hood. I thought that if they cleaned the interior and had the dent repaired they were asking a fair price. After cleaning the carpet I picked up the car, Lucas said hood to be repaired following week. He went above and beyond, found a perfect color matching hood and replaced it.I was extremely pleased with this transaction. Sometimes dealers selling affordable cars aren't as trustworthy as Lucas, I would buy from him again!”

“Drove out to Ohio from Pittsburgh and met with Anthony to look at a utility body truck he had for sale . Anthony came right up shook my hand and went over the truck with me . Prior to going out I did my research on the truck and before I could say a thing Anthony pointed out the common issues with the truck (which I already knew) and showed me that they were already addressed . He also went over some minor issue that needed to be addressed, like locks for the lock box and a tire pressure sensor . He was completely honest! Knocked a good chunk of money off the sale and gave me a few tshirts so I’m surprised to read what I’ve read on here. Something I tell my wife all the time when you buy a used car that’s what it is. If you don’t pay for a warranty ! Shame on you!”
