I made an appointment at 10 am on 8/9/25 for passports, as soon as my family and I entered the establishment the lady at the front desk saw the passport application and her attitude became very rude, I tried to bring everything in order even the 2x2 photos I brought, but to her the photos were no good so I asked her how much the 2x2 photos cost she told me $50 dollars so I told her no, and instead of minding her own business she told me that I have money to go on a cruise vacation but not for 2x2 photos and literally I brought the 2x2 photos that met the necessary characteristics, I ended up telling her to cancel everything, I better go to another establishment.

Charged me 70 dollars for over night shipping it’s been 4 days still not received. I asked for a refund and was told basically I can’t get one. Didn’t want to let me speak to supervisor. Ignored anything else I said. These people get paid good money for services and they are rude and ignorant. Quick to take money but slow to refund it.

There is one specific employee that no matter when I come in or what I speak to her about, she is the meanest and rudest person I've ever met.
Example- came in to ask about a package that got rerouted. She refused to even look up the tracking number, treated me like I was an idiot for having the OFFICIAL USPS TRACKING SERVICE, and kept acting very dismissive until a different employee came over and very apologetically sorted everything out while the rude one gave us dirty looks.
Everyone in Youngstown I've spoken to knows exactly which employee I'm referring to. I do not know her name, but I really don't recommend this branch as long as she's there.

Don't ever call the postal service number, may be the worst automated phone service ever. I just went to the office to find out where my package was that was allegedly delivered. The postal worker was helpful, but it's sad that Amazon seems to have a better tracking system then the USPS.

I wouldn't give it any stars. My package is on hold for pick-up via the usps given that they haven't been delivering any of my mail unbeknownst to me until i investigated why my items from Amazon was on hold at their facility. Due to construction on my property. Yet I wasn't notified by usps.I arrived to pick up, with ID, yet the incompetent attendees stated, " "we have to wait for the supervisor" who was not there. They gave me a handful of numbers and refused to give me my property!!

Changed address online than I get an email saying I have to come to post office to show id!!!! No im not! If I don't get my mail best believe I'm contacting a lawyer!!!!are you mfs gonna pay for my taxi there and back to show id??? If not I better get my mail!!!!

For the last couple weeks now they haven’t delivered my mail but everyone else got theirs and I seen them in the building where I live and didn’t even open the mailbox to put my mail or my neighbors mail in their mailbox’s but put it in for every one else but certain people and I think they need to do something about it

Took a box and put it on the counter. My bad as it was actually UPS. The agent kept her arms folded and started barvking "thats not ours". I guess friendly is no longr in the contract.

Everytime I have had to go there which has been at least three times in the last 2 weeks they act like they don't want to do their job and they are not very customer service oriented they also have told my neighbor and roommate that they were unable to get mail that was held in their name which leaves the question remains how are they supposed to get it and no one wants to help
