Well, this is the second time that happened. I paid 83.00 dollars to send a very important document to the country of Uruguay. They told me it will be there between 3 to 5 days. I tracked the document and my surprise was that it went around the world, from Boardman, OH to CHICAGO, IL wich I can understand but there they kept it for 9 days! Then they decided to take it to Jamaica NY and then it begun the sweet trip, it went to London, UK, TO Madrid, Spain and I guess after a whole month they realized that Montevideo Uruguay is in South America!, I took a whole entire month! And they still did not receive the document! Never again!

We recently mailed a package on Tuesday 2/18/25 and was given a delivery date of Saturday 2/22/25. It is now Monday 2/24/25 and the package has not yet arrived and tracking it, it's still in transit to whichever facility that it's going to. So if you plan to send something via USPS and it has to be there by a specific day, give yourself at least 2 weeks for the delivery.

Asked if I could pick up a package in the morning before it got sent out for delivery, gave me a number and told me to call in the morning and they'll sort it out with you, stopped by at the time he said to come by, called and they told me there closed ? Very weird the guy wouldn't of just told me there closed and can't give me my package in the morning I gotta wait ? Instead I gotta waste my morning sitting here in confusion lol hire some people that actually know what there doing instead of misleading the public maybe ?
