Every time you call and have a question they treat you like you’re a piece of crap or drug user. I have honestly been hurt and they fill about 15 prescriptions a month for me. Next month, I think I’m going to transfer all my prescriptions to Wal-Mart. Their attitudes are horrible and if you have your job, then maybe you should not be working with the public?

WALGREENS-CORNERSBURG OHIO - Two times in a row I was left in the drive thru for well over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. The first time I was in the drive thru right next to the window and watched for 15 minutes while people walked by, on the phone, waited on patrons inside, never coming to the window to say sorry for the wait, we’ll be with you in a moment- nothing. I got tired of waiting and frustrated, I left without my script.
The second time I was in the second lane and waited (with a line of cars behind me) while cars in the first lane kept going thru. Finally after the third car went through I started beeping my horn not understanding why no one was paying attention to me. The car next to me rolled her window down to tell me the phone wasn’t working!! I went inside very upset and expressed my frustration that no one even looked at me, gestured that the phone wasn’t working - they acted like they didn’t care then suggested I transfer my scripts somewhere else!
HOW RUDE THESE PEOPLE WERE!! All they had to do was show some acknowledgment or concern - no they chose to IGNORE me and the situation.

I had a terrible experience @ Mahoning Ave Walgreens & Tippecanoe Walgreens saved us. I have a sick 2 year old who needed her antibiotic, long story short- they told me the script wasn't quite ready, to swing back around the building & it should be ready by the time i made it back through the line. When i pulled back around there were 2 cars ahead of me, and those cars took 20 minutes to make in through the line. When I got back up to the window, all the lights shut off, the staff inside stood at the drive thru window looking at me, didn't come over the speaker to tell me they were sorry but they were closed and to call another pharmacy to have the script filled- nothing. They were standing in the dark, looking at me, clocked out, and left. Leaving my 2 year old with no antibiotic.
That's when I called Tippecanoe Walgreen's and the staff was so kind and so helpful. If I could've gone in to hug the woman who helped us, I would have. They had our script filled in under 5 minutes and they were so generous and remorseful toward the experience we had @ Mahoning Ave Walgreens. I wish i knew the name of the woman who helped us, I'd love to thank her personally.

Always very rude, dirty looks, judgement! Not welcoming at all, sadly ! I tried to stick it out since Rite Aid closed and I had no Choice at that moment. I understand everyone has bad days but this team needs a training on how to be kind at least!!! And as I look at other reviews many feel the same way!

I cannot believe how ridiculously hard it is to fill a prescription here. Even if you confirm they got your script thet will turn around and say they never got it

I have been called three times and told Walgreens that I won't be using them, every time. I politely and firmly asked that I not be called anymore and the pharmacy tech (who referred to herself as a PHARMACY TECH) hung up on me. When I called the number back and the same tech answered (I recognised her name and voice) she got snarky with me and claimed it was someone else. I will never give this place my business consisting of over $4000 each and every month. I will of course, refer anyone I speak with to a different pharmacy. I dodged a bullet by not transferring to this pharmacy. Do better Walgreens!

Rx's called in yesterday, and as of today, the pharmacy techs were very rude and un-professional! Called at noon for Rx status, and I was told they were working on it. It is now 4:45, Craig, put me on hold for 16 minutes; then they just kept picking up the phone and placing me on hold, numerous times!! I then called to speak with the store manager 3x and was put on an extended hold totaling 13 minutes or more, only to be told that he's working in the pharmacy?? My 76-year-old mother NEEDS HER MEDS that were called in yesterday... Understaffed, are they? Not my problem, it's theirs. Hire people and get the job done. I myself know for a fact that there are no jobs posted for this store, so i guess we, the people who are in need of our meds, just have to sit around and wait for them... TAKE YOUR RX's to GIANT EAGLE, like I do.. After three hours in the heat today, doing yard work for my mother, I had 35 minutes of my time wasted, on hold, with no answers, because of ignorant, unprofessional people.... 😠

I was in there today to get prescriptions filled for a friend. They had just been called in and the young blond girl told us to sit down and we will be call you up when they are ready. We waited a while a older gray haired lady asked if we were waited on, and here they were ready and we were never told they were ready.

This place has sure went down the toilet. Everyone here in the pharmacy is judgmental, and if they hate working with the public so much and don’t have any bedside manner. The way I’ve heard them discuss other people, and with how awful I have been treated as though they never ever make mistakes!! They know everything, so if you go here, get ready to be accused of doing wrong even though there’s no reason. One thing is, I won’t be called is a liar! Would love to know where everyone received their doctorates from to count/dispense medicines!

I honestly don’t know what’s going on, but the customer service has gone downhill. Specifically the photo department. I have watched them be rude and short with not only myself but several other customers as I sat and worked on a photo order. Just down right nasty! If you hate it that bad and you hate working with people…leave. Today I called to check on my order and they were the same way on the phone. Do they not get secret shoppers anymore?

The women here in the pharmacy have been so wonderful and the dark hair girl pharmacist is so knowledgeable and educates you on any questions you may have. I love the lady who gives the vaccines with the curly hair and glasses! She's so so nice!!! Highly recommend.The staff up front sometime aren't the nicest and the one younger lady never smiles. It's not the best working with the public, most of us do it but sometimes a smile may make someone's horrible day into a great day, I've been there and done that. Try smiling sometimes.

Tried to take my FedEx box here with a prepaid return label. The FedEx website said I could but the woman that works there, said this package was over 55lbs and they don't take them that heavy. I argued and said there is NO WAY! She explained that she lifts weights all the time and had children that she carried around that were 50 lbs. She refused to take my box. It got weighed. IT WEIGHS 18.8 POUNDS!!!DONT TRY TO TAKE YOUR FEDEX BOXES THERE OR GET GOOD SERVICE! RIDICULOUS.

I was out of state with a family emergency and needed my meds here. Nola in pharmacy was FABULOUS and went the extra mile to get me what I needed - and twice !! I so appreciate her. She’s a tremendous asset to the store.
