I am a very irritated customer....... On 4/2/25 I visited your Liberty(Youngstown), ohio walmart i went to a regular no self checkout aise..... The girl rang up my items I inserted my card and while inserted all the regular registers shut down they claim due to weather..... After 4 attempts to process the transaction they had me go to a self check...... I scanned my items paid and it went through. I go to my car and check my bank to see Two pending Transactions for the same purchase..... I go in speak to a manager who says one should drop off in 48 hours I call my bank who says the same..... Today I check my bank to see that one Transaction DID NOT drop off as told so I was Double charged for the same transaction..... I call the store with absolutely NO help, I call customer service again with no resolution..... I now have to wait for a dispute to go through my bank..... This is so frustrating when I have proof of the suspended transaction along with the original receipt and proof of the purchases on my bank app...... I just don't understand why I have to jump through hoops to recieve my money for a WALMART error

We parked overnight with our RV. Lots of other parked semis. It was quiet and they have a patrolling security vehicle. Very well stocked, tidy clean Walmart. Also good customer service when we needed help finding an item.

This is my least favorite Walmart in the area. I wish this location was a bit larger and more like the Austintown or Hermitage locations. I feel that this Walmart has a more limited selection and a more diverse crowd trying to shop there. The Boardman Walmart does a better job of balancing the needs of both urban and rural shoppers.
Disclaimer: I chose "Urban" vs "Rural" here to mean exactly what they mean and this is NOT some kind of dog whistle. People who live in more populated areas tend to have smaller yards and different lifestyles than folks in the country. No matter what ethnicity, rural vs urban shoppers have different needs.

My favorite Walmart, they’re always stocked and have what I want. Never have to wait long in line for a cashier and the store is always clean.

This Walmart is In Poland Ohio that’s right next to Boardman is part of Boardman. They are pretty friendly there. We’ve never had no problems and they usually have what we go there for and they’re good at when you order online..
