So tired of fake 5 star reviews of this place. It’s filthy, it’s ALWAYS filthy. Half of the dryers either don’t work or will spin and not actually heat up. I’ve been coming here for months, and I always have the hope it will be better, but somehow each time it KEEPS GETTING WORSE! Save your money, even if it’s just a wash cycle, for another laundromat that actually PRETENDS to care.

I did not know the market place so expensive for a 4.65 washing load?

Getting my laundry here when needed, great washer and dryer...fantastic... they just need someone to come clean more often...

Decently clean. Washers are more expensive than dryers, but that makes sense. Best to come when it's not over crowded. I had an issue with washer #21 today and Customer service via Google got back to me within minutes. The lady was super sweet and amazing. I got a refund within minutes. I'll take Customer service above all.

My second time doing laundry here for a family member and no issues getting an open machine. Facility is open 24 hours, well lighted, clean, with ample space to fold clothes. Reloadable card system means no fuss with coins.

A bleeping SIGN would be nice when you change from cash to a laundry card! Everything has the universal "tap & pay" NFC symbol on it, I tried using my card, it said NFC disabled. Thinking it was my card, I waste 20 minutes on the phone to find out it's not my card. So, I go to an ATM, then a car wash to get $20 in quarters. I go back to the Washing Well, I go to put my quarters in, the lady cleaning says "you have to go buy a card, it's back there" and points to the far right corner. So I go over to the machine, it doesn't accept coins, of course, so I have to use my card to get another $20 to use these dang machines! And then, they charge a $1 just for a piece of plastic.
So, I now have $20 of quarters in my pockets, all because the owners here are too cheap or too lazy to put some signage up saying to go get a 'laundry card.' If you're going to have a card reader with the universal sign for tap n pay that's used PRIMARILY for credit/debit cards, then you need something, SOMEWHERE VISIBLE, that states your reader is for 'laundromat cards' only. Or at least a big sign out front that says:
"Laundromat cards ONLY, no coins accepted!"
Okay, done ranting... At least if you read this before going there for the first time, you'll learn from my experience.

i would give no stars if i could. this place is wild you have people stealing your baskets among other things here. the machines are either never working or stealing your money. which they don’t give refunds anymore. place is always dirty the prices keep going up as well. last time i was there a lady with glasses and a black jeep stole a ladies basket right in front of everyone there was a roach just sitting on the flooor i will not go back. don’t waste your money there. watch your children as well as there will be junkies in the bathroom shooting up and leaving their needles more then once.

I've only been in here twice early in the morning around 6:30 and the only annoyance that I have is the LOUD BLARING MUSIC BEING PLAYED OUT OF SPEAKERS! I guess it's a deterrent to keep vagrants and the homeless from staying inside. This level of music is very annoying! I only wish that I had a pair of scissors ✂️ on me!

The change machine was broken into, so I wasn't able to get any quarters to do my laundry.

See the attached photo of the customer seating. It says everything you need to know about the owners and what they think of their customers.

Visited 10/9/23.Prices are reasonable and comparable to other local Laundromats. That being said, this location is dirtier than a lot of others ( most washing well locations are like this) along with machines constantly being down, burned out or whatever and not properly covered or marked well. They also NEVER seem to clean the dryer lint screens, which were caked thick with lint. THIS kills your drying time. The seating is dirty as well. That's sad.I guess a lot has to be said for your customers If they don't respect the facility BUT respect is a two-way street. If the owners won't keep the machines and facility up to snuff, what's the point.
