“My love and I visited this store in search of an engagement ring. Neither of us knew anything about jewelry whatsoever, and we were somewhat anxious. We were greeted by Naza, she was extremely kind and helped me figure out my ring size. We were also helped by Libbi, who helped explain a lot about the different qualities of the stones and metals. Finally, we were helped by Michelle, who has over 36 years of experience in jewelry. She spent over 2 hours helping us customize what we wanted and figuring out prices for us, Naza also helped clarify the details when things got confusing. Thank you Naza! We weren't able to purchase today, so Michelle said they could keep the information about our customization and details for when we are ready. We are 100% coming back when we are financially ready :) Highly recommend this store based on the staff alone. They also offer nice services and warranties that are worth checking out!”
