Unethical renting practices. Repeated rent increases despite them knowing I am living here as a disabled veteran. I have gotten multiple invoices for damages I did not cause. I recently asked my maintenance man a question about a repair while he was here changing the smoke batteries, I was just told that because I asked him directly and didn’t go through the office that the expenses are my responsibility.. just nitpicking to squeeze money out of people who are trying to survive.
I’ve inquired about buying my rental multiple times and was told no because they make too much money off of the rental. Sort of strange coming from a “nonprofit” who wants to help Youngstown’s development.

They do have some good programs for homeowners, but I feel that they played a very big role in making housing unaffordable here most of the people who were born and raised here. You used to be able to rent a decent house for 5 or 600 a month. Now you are paying over a 1,000 a month for the same house. This is not sustainable for most of the people living here. It's just right.

Lindsey is nice, but the whole waiting process is crazy. You have some rude supervisors that will say; if you can do better, then do it. Just rude.
