Clayton was friendly and knows his job well. ? He had amazing patience with us and our 5000 questions. And he was able to answer them all. But the most important thing to us was we left feeling like we really got a great deal from AT&T on our upgrades. Great job!

Alexis at the AT&T store was great! She helped me transfer my service from another provider, got me a great deal on trading in my old phone for a new iPhone, and set me up on the First Net service. If you are a first responder, licensed ER worker, or work in a trauma center, go see Alexis at AT&T!

My husband lost his flip phone in a pond and was unable to retrieve it. Clayton who witks at the at&t store in the zanesville mall was able to take care of everything for me. I had so many questions that he answered . Highly recommend Clayton

The manager was amazing, his assistant was the one that encouraged me to upgrade the other day, but she was off work. She assured me that Donte could take care of me, and he definitely did. He explained everything, and got me exactly what I was looking for. I look forward then for all my tech needs in the future
