Bryan was very professional and is easy to approach. I had a hassle free experience and he didn’t have the normal pushy salesman persona, but knows how to effectively and timely close a deal. And his knowledge of every question I had was above par.

Worst experience I've ever had anywhere! Brian was extremely rude and condescending. He spoke to me like I was garbage and not worth his time. I didn't even get to know or understand your phone plans because. Judging from other reviews, I am not the first customer to be treated this way. Me and my family will remain with tmibile. Everyone should know NOT to shop at this store

Bryan was very helpful to get our old phones reactivated when we returned our new phones after a less than pleasant experience with the AT&T salesmen at Sams Club- which did not end up the way it was supposed to. He was very professional and explained our options. He helped an agitating situation end positively.

Bryan- the associate that assisted me was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude during the entire visit. He did not seem to want to help with my trade-in and treated me as if I were a lower class citizen. He was very degrading in conversation with him and the other associate when they had asked what I did for a living. I told them and Bryan's response was Dad, he felt that my school district that I teach for is deplorable and that all teachers in that district are lazy and suck at their jobs. I was very offended by this and would not recommend seeing him for future visits at all.

Bryon was amazing . Got 2 new phones and tablet and still saved me 70. Per month. He set up everything , explained everything fully and was very personable.

Stopped by the store to get help transfering data to my new phone from my old phone. Caleb was there to help me. Very pleasant and knowledgable. Best experience ever at my AT&T store. Thanks Caleb!

Brooklyn and Carter's efforts went a long way in resolving my issue, and I'm incredibly grateful for their fantastic job. Their commitment to delivering top-notch customer service is truly commendable. I visited during a busy time, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told someone would be right with me. While waiting, I witnessed customers being very outspoken and rude to them. They handled it with ease, continued to be professional and did their jobs flawlessly. I was truly impressed by them! They are an asset to the AT&T team.

Had a great experience getting a new phone. Amy was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the plan the worked best for me. I appreciated that she didn’t pressure me to into something I didn’t need, just helped me save some money. Great job!

My service was fantastic! Two young ladies, Amy and Krista, helped me get my new phone. Amy explained everything in a courteous way that I could easily understand. She’s an amazing young lady.
