“This branch (the south Zanesville branch) has been the only one who has made sure and issue i had got done.. even when they were closing. Christine was amazing and even though I was crying and upset she remained calm. While I was waiting another customer came by and was very rude to her and she still was able to be calm and told them to have a good holiday and day. Thank you Christine for caring even when customers are rude to you!”
