Best Western B. R. Guest offers convenient highway access and a location close to many activities. The staff receives consistent praise for their wonderful and excellent attention to customers. Rooms are noted as clean and quiet, with comfortable beds, though some find them small with dated decor. Several reviews mention issues with room amenities, such as a tiny shower, a sticking bathroom door, a lack of exhaust fans, and problems with the wifi and TV. The complimentary breakfast receives frequent criticism, described as not the best, pathetic, with poor quality items and often not hot or fully stocked. However, the coffee is highlighted positively. While some guests report a comfortable and relaxing stay, others state they will not return.
Bad weather, last minute, staff was very accommodating. Nice stay.
