Would leave a 0 if I could. The remodeled store looks nice however the customer service is awful. We purchased items and found they are charging more than what's listed on the shelf. When I asked them to give me the difference they told me I would need to come back another day and speak to the manager. When I finally got to speak to the manager she told me that there is nothing she could do and I needed to call corporate. If you choose to spend your $ here make sure they aren't overcharging you.

Stopped to use the restroom on my way to PA from IL at 2am there was no clerk in the store and a girl kept coming in and out with stuff. There was also a uhaul with a man just sitting there with something watching my mom and my daughter the whole time I was in the store. Very scary experience never again will stop at a BP

Was there last night, used my BPme app, pump turned on, started to fuel my car and then the pump shuts down, says out of service. The attendant comes out and said he had to shut off the pumps to restart the computers. He goes on to explain his manager was on the phone and needed him to reboot computers for end of day bookwork. He told manager someone is trying to get gas, manager told him the customer can wait.I drive Columbus to Pittsburgh 7 days a week. 2,555 miles per week. A full tank of gas daily. I was going there every single day for my fill up. Tell you what Manager, how about you hold your breath while you wait on me to come back.RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: That means nothing to me since I have no incentive to ever go back.

I stopped in at this BP for gas and decided to check my oil also. I discovered that I really needed oil! I went inside and perused all the choices without a clue. I finally Googled my car to see what type I needed but still didn't know how much :). The cashier said he saw my hood up and asked if I needed help. He came out, rechecked and agreed that I was a couple of quarts low. I paid for the oil and he gave me a paper funnel and asked if I needed further help. I am familiar with putting oil in a car so I said I was fine and left. As it happens, I couldn't remove the oil cap! Embarrassed, I went back inside and he said he would be right out. He couldn't budge it either so he went to his truck, got a pair of pliers, removed the cap, proceeded to put the oil in and rechecked the level. He told me to have a safe trip home. I wish I would have gotten his name but this will have to do...kudos to an employee that cared enough to dole out real customer service!

5 stars, except for the tiny parking lot which I knocked off a star for. I don't want to know what happened in this bathroom that required the proprietor of this gas station to upgrade to the extra long plunger handle. Gas worked fine in our car.

I recently stopped in to purchase a soft drink before heading to my job. The line was long with only one cashier who was extremely slow. When I finally got up to the register, the cashier took it upon himself to put all the change I had coming back in the container next to the register. If he would've asked me if I cared if he put it in there it would've been one thing but to decide on his own to put the customers change in it without asking them---that's just WRONG!!! No--I wasn't the only one whose change he decided to add to that cup but I was the only one who took my change out after he put it in there. He was definitely surprised when I got my change back & I informed him I give all of my loose change to my 4 year old granddaughter.! So to have the cashier do this really bothered me. BP if you want to keep customers PLEASE let the CUSTOMERS decide if they want their change to go in the cup NOT your younger male cashiers. Some of the cashiers are not friendly & seem like they are inconvenienced by having to ring up your order especially if they are in a conversation with another cashier. BP---something needs to change at this store...like cashiers who have attitudes & make decisions about customers change without asking the customer. I have actually walked out of this BP when this younger male cashier has been working as I don't want him to decide if he will give me my change back or put in the cup. When he's there I go to SPEEDWAY...
