To say I don't like this place is an understatement. The customer service is seriously lacking. The general attitudes of some of the people working here stink. Couple that with problems getting meds and being outright lied to*, I chose to switch to a much better place.The plus sides are that they have an app, text notifications, and a drive-through. *Some* of the ladies are nice. This why they get 2 stars instead of 1.*I'm not going to accuse them of lying without context. While trying to get a refill on a med, I was told they didn't have any. I asked if they were getting more, and they said they would call back and let me know within 48 hours. 4 days passed, and I heard nothing, so I decided to call back and ask again. The lady I spoke with told me that they hadn't had the med in months and wouldn't be getting any more anytime soon. I understand that supply chain issues are out of their control. But telling me they hadn't had any in months when I got it from them literally the month before is dumb.

This place is a literal joke. I have had nothing but problems since switching to them, every time I go to get something filled or refilled I have to call my insurance and have them call the pharmacy to confirm coverage. I have been with two other pharmacy’s in town and have never had to do this at the other ones (I have the same insurance) . Not to mention I was on hold for two hours and had to call back the next day just to call in the prescription to be filled. I will be switching again because this place is so unorganized and the customer service is horrific.

this the CVS pharmacy customer service is terrible. Every single time I go it's terrible, especially at the drive-through and most of the time the pharmacist are very rude. I sat at the drive-through window for five minutes not even to be acknowledged they could at least open the window and say will be right with you as soon as we can or something but no, they just stare at their screen and ignore me, you give them an entire days notice for a prescription you get there six hours later after they told you it would be ready in a little bit and it's still not ready. I don't exactly live on the same street. I live 25 minutes away and can't keep coming back-and-forth .

They need to listen to their customers requests before deciding on their own to group all of a customers medications to be ready at one time without informing the customer. With cvs doing this. it cost my husband to lose one of his refills on his medications. I was yelled at by the one technician for my prescription that I saw on the cvs app who told me there was nothing called in for me (dr's office called us to let us know they called it in) and there was no way I could see it on my app. So what was I seeing? I was seeing the prescription my dr called in. When she got nasty with me--I got nasty back. I don't like being told I can't see something especially when I am looking right it. That was the final straw for us to move our prescriptions out of cvs I understand being short on help and everywhere is short staffed but please have the courtesy to treat your customers with respect. If you want respect give respect!! This is just referring to the pharmacy part only not the store employees. Our new pharmacy has treated us well!!!

Used to be top notch customer service but they are terrible at communicating with the customer about delayed prescription refills and not telling you their out of medication until you drive 20 min for no reason!

I do feel the need to point out that most of the staff here are nice and professional. However, this place is constantly messing with my prescriptions, trying to force me into programs I don't want, and generally doing things with prescriptions that are explicitly illegal in the developed nations. Compounding this is the drive thru lady mentioned in what appears to be every other review. She's a pain to deal with and will lie to get out of work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, even if your fancy insurance prefers it.

These people are rude as hell. especially The pharmacist with the white hair. They never have scrips ready or they’re out and take days to get in. They just keep saying keeps checking back

Was not filed for days and not there after saying it would be the next day. I went in 4 times and the cost was 400 percent over previous time and they could not tell me why.

Worst pharmacy in Zanesville. Pick and choose when they want to be open and give no notice. You can pull up or go in at any random normal business hour and they will be closed for hours for various reasons. Extremely inconvenient for those needing their medication urgently. They're not reliable. I will be pulling my prescriptions, and going somewhere else. Take your business elsewhere and you won't be sorry.

I made an appointment at my local CVS for my wife and myself to get a Covid-19 vaccine. 1 1/2 weeks in advance. When we arrived we were told they had no vaccine. I said I have an appointment and was told there were no appointments that day. Pharmacist mumbled sorry and walked away. Happened at Zanesville Ohio CVS.

I wish I could give zero stars! Some employees at the pharmacy are so rude it's RIDICULOUS! My husband and I have insurance that accepts CVS. I can't wait to change to a different pharmacy! They have been out of three different prescriptions I have needed that day, while other pharmacies had it! My husband went to get his prescription today filled by Urgent Care and CVS was closed on a Saturday before 1:00pm. Total disregard for customers! Also you get a text saying your prescription is ready only to go down and it isn't. Your drive-thru barrier is flipping horrible. Nothing good to say about CVS! If you don't like your job, find another one! Why are you closed on a Saturday before 1:00pm? Are you that hungry? Pack a lunch! I will not deal with the rudeness and inconvenience, when we spend so much money on prescriptions! You're getting a fortune from our insurance company! Do better!

They used to be good but lately they have been so rude! They don't care about your concerns and my medication is never ready or they somehow don't have it. Very very disappointed.

Service is absolutely horrible asked the lady in the drive thru a question and she hung up on my and walked away very unprofessional!!!! Would never recommend the place of business to anyone!!!
