Store hours online AND on their door say they close at 7:45pm on weekdays. But they actually shut the lights off and Lock the door at 7:30pm and sit their and eat donuts and stare at you till 7:45pm and then come up to the door and say they’re closed.

I took off work today because I have to sign for a package coming in FedEx Express. The package was already at the Zanesville facility yesterday morning, and the package was on delivery vehicle this morning. They did not deliver it. The updated the delivery to tomorrow. Now I have to take off work tomorrow as well.

Still waiting on a gift that I paid $86 to have within two days. Five days out and now tracking says it will arrive in 7 days. Been told everyday that it's now yet another day. Thanks for not delivering my Christmas gift and not being available to speak with. Can someone rate 0 stars????

Why is there no phone number to call for service? The 800 number posted is useless for providing meaningful information. It repeats obvious general information and if you ask a specific question with enough detail to get what you need, it doesn't understand and cycles back to the beginning of the useless options. An option should be added to contact your local office. My questions need a local person - a human. Useless.

Ever time I have a delivery from fedex in zanesville it’s on the truck to be delivered but it may be 3 or 5 days before it is delivered their is no since in this at all. I hate it when I have something coming from their ???

They were supposed to deliver my medication which is expedited overnight because it has to be refrigerated, it was delayed because of distribution issues & now they are telling me I can't receive it for about a week. I'm got a disorder & NEED my medication to walk so this is far from acceptable since it wasn't even attempted.

I had a delivery scheduledAnd the delivery driver never even knocked on my door just left a door tag. I figured out where my package would be, no thanks to what they call customer service, and drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I went in I told them what had happened and they cut me off to tell me that 1 of them doesn't even work in that store and the other was off duty. There is an obvious lack of caring about customers from this location.

Terrible reliability! I had been tracking a package and asked to pick it up on the evening of the 9th however I received a notification saying that the package was going to be delivered on the 10th at 4:30p. Shortly after I received a notification stating that the package was delayed to before 8p and then it wasn’t going to be delivered until the 13th. I called this shipping center and told them to hold the package and the woman on the phone told me to come at 6p. When I went to the location at 6:07, they said that the delivery person would not be back until 7 and there was no way to contact her - I had requested that she would be contacted to deliver the package to my home since she was still en-route (we live in a small town and my address is 3 mins away from this shipping center). Seems ludicrous that the delivery person cannot be contacted in any circumstances. I’ve dealt with FedEx in the past in multiple other cities and never found a staff so helpless. They’ve been able to call delivery people to change things around from the shipment center if urgently needed. I hope they change something here, especially in regards to efficiency of time.

Service was fast and efficient. Bad thing was they couldn't help me. At&t sent me to a service center to return a router. Apparantly not all FedEx shipping centers can do this. They should maybe have a full service label on the centers that can.
