Purchased windows and was told we had 24 months 0% financing. After six months were charged interest and called a supervisor who said he would look into it. Never heard back after calling and leaving several messages. Will never shop there again and will make sure everyone I know to go shop at Lowe's.

I was followed around the store for not having a mask for a medical exemption. I was treated like a criminal by being shadowed and approached several times during my trip. Lowes will now get all my business and that of my husband who is a GC.

I had a frustrating morning. The pedestal for the washer didn’t fit. The delivery said it was defective and said take it up with the store, because the 1-800 number for damaged goods said it was an accessory and weren’t responsible. I went to the store where Tina in appliances started researching. She called for a install check which they refused, which honestly would’ve fixed the issue. She found an install video. We watched it. During the video, I said I think the installer

Zanesville And Newark Home Depot are the 2 worst Home Depot's to deal with anywhere, they have clueless employees and piss poor managers who argue with customers. I'll gladly take the extra time to go to Columbus and shop at Home Depot's there from now on. They don't even deserve 1 start but unfortunately to post a review you have to give them 1. I highly recommend just driving to Columbus and avoid the sheer stupidity that's associated with zanesville and Newark both

While I always prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, I can say that I've found myself shopping here from time to time, especially when I'm in Zanesville visiting my parents. They always want to either go shopping or work on a project. Usually if Lowe's doesn't have what we're looking for, we'll check Home Depot since it's right across the street and 85% exactly the same. Over the summer we came by to browse through their plant selection. We started at Lowe's and after not finding what we wanted, stumbled over here. While they also didn't have what we were looking for, the staff was nice and everyone was wearing masks. It is always organized and put together. While things aren't the easiest to find, an employee (if you can find one) can usually track it down rather well. Honestly, I can't believe this place hasn't gotten a Yelp review since 2015 but I suppose today is the day. If you're headed to this Home Depot, you'll get what you expect.

I was very disappointed with the associate who waited on me when I went and bought a lawn mower. I told him that I had never mowed the lawn before and I was just starting out. I guess I just assumed that with knowing that I have never used a mower before that he would have voluntarily given me some information instead of me having to keep asking. All he wanted was just to get the mower sold and get me out the door as fast as possible. Felt very rushed.

We ordered carpet over 2 1/2 months ago & scheduled the delivery for early January, after the holidays. They came to the house to install it & the carpet was soiled. We had to reschedule & my husband had to take off another day of work. When the day of the reschedule came, again my husband took the day off & a few hours into the day he received a call that they had not ordered enough carpet & we would have to reschedule again! So, we did. My husband took the third day off, the installers came & the carpet was soiled AGAIN!!!! 2 1/2 months later, furniture all over our house.... My husband called to talk with a manager, who was not at all for friendly, borderline rude, no apology for all we had been through, no offer to reduce our price, nothing. We canceled the order. I am so disappointed. I will not be shopping at Home Depot again.

My bf and I went to the Zanesville Home Depot to get four 2x8x12 pressure treated boards for a deck project. There was an employee not 5 ft away from us talking to someone about bands he liked. So I know he wasn't assisting another customer. He watched us struggle going through a stack of heavy wet wood trying to find decent lumber that wasn't split or cracked. He never offered to help us or ask if we needed help. Employee number two walks by. Briefly made eye contact and ke

So I'm trying to find compartment containers to do a cute kit for nurses week next month and I needed 70, Home Depot had 22 at the Newark store and said they could order the rest to be sent to that store, then I get calls from random other Home Depot's around central Ohio saying my order was ready, I called Newark back and they said I could cancel the order and order online to be shipped, tried to do that but then it says they are in store only items

Zanesville Home Depot is AWESOME..... Long story short - Newark Home Depot would not honor their price on a frig. We had a picture of the price sign and the sign showed it was good for four more days. New signs up, showing new price and discount gone. Manager told me she would not honor the price, but would give us $100 off as a customer service. Fast forward a couple of hours, after I had cooled off, go into the Zanesville store and ask about purchasing the same frig for the price on the sign we had a picture of. No problem, we will honor the price because the sign states it's good for four more days. Manager signed off on it and thanked us for our business at least three or four times.
