Courtney Morris was an absolute angel. I had been struggling for over 2 months with H&R block over the phone with some technical difficulties with my online Tax Pro. Courtney was able to fix it AND save me money all on the spot. I had already been to other offices in person who weren't able to help me. Courtney was patient, helpful and restored my hope in H&R block.

Fast, efficient, always let us know what was going on, helped us out in an issue I made with our last taxes and very friendly ? We had to bring our two boys and they were not liking sitting still and our expert helped us out with fidgets and was supper understanding.
