Scheduled 10:05 PM pickup. Arrived at 10:02. Waited until 10:20 to get the entire order. The one who was at the cashier didn't bother to tell us there was going to be a delay. Another employee walking out explained the cheese pizza got pepperoni added so they were making the cheese pizza. When the employee who was at the register came out and said, here's the order. No apology, no explanation and walked back into the kitchen. Customer service was unacceptable.

The Punk tatted 4 Eyed Geek Manager that Runs Night Shift SUCKS! He needs to learn how to Run a business & when they are Slammed packed he Should help his Workers instead of Playing on his Phone! I had to wait 2 hrs for My order that I placed on line & was told to Pick Up @ 6pm. That was a JOKE!!! He was so RUDE to EVERYONE!!!

I order my family a pizza from here for an easy dinner. I placed my order at 4:55 pm, got there at 530 to pick up and it still wasn’t ready, which was fine…. But I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. By the time I got my pizza, it was cold. People coming in for an hot n ready were in and out in 5 minutes.

Look, nobody has high expectations for Little Caesars. Nobody's expecting gourmet dining. And I think it's realistic to say it's not unexpected that the service is just a step above waffle House. So I'm not upset if I go in there and the manager is cussing at a customer and everyone's on some substance or another. What I do want is for my pizza to be, as advertised, hot and ready. I'm not asking for it to taste good, I'm not asking for it to be high quality. Just asking for what's on the box. Hot and ready. Especially the ready part. That's key. If I want to have a wait time on par with the latest Michelin starred restaurant, Little Caesars is not going to be on the itinerary. The bar is so low, and yet, the Maple Avenue Little Caesars finds a shovel and digs under it. And maybe it's our fault, we all keep going back. We keep hoping this will be the time that the pizza is actually ready. But no, it is nothing but consistent hour long wait times. Now, if you hit it on a winning day, it actually tastes pretty decent and it might be out of the kitchen in half an hour. But you can't depend on it. So I'm here to remind you, if you're telling yourself that maybe just maybe you will get your pizza on time, and you're tired, and you don't want to have to bother with dinner, don't do this to yourself. Just don't do it. Go to literally any drive-thru in town, but don't do this to yourself.

Called 4 times and nobody answered. I had ordered 2 Hot and Ready pizzas.. they were not ready and waited 45 minutes for the order.

Don't think the deep dish was even put in a pan. Uncooked dough. Crazy bread was burnt. Horrible service.

Unfortunately it seems that management doesn’t care about time management. 30 minutes for a hot and ready pizza is crazy. There are several other people (8) in the back doing nothing and they let their phones ring off the hook. No one is doing anything here besides getting a paycheck and making maybe 3 pizzas an hour. Awful.

I normally go here since moving to zanesville a few months ago and normally get good service and doughy but decent affordable pizza. Today I go pick up my online order 1) 5 meat pizza 1 old world fanceroni pizza which is a thin crust with extra pepperoni and a caramelized crust. They messed up my order no big deal. My son goes back in for me. They give him a regular cheese pizza not thin crust and threw a bunch of pepperoni on top.... That's not what I payed for. I go inside to let her know and instead she's arguing with me and tries to push back the pizza. I show her on the app what I ordered and show her what it looks like. I give her back the pizza because all I want is what I paid for. Now I have to leave because even more time has been wasted and if I don't leave I'll be late to get my kids. Her attitude was disgusting like I did something to her when an extra 30 minutes of my time was wasted to get the wrong thi AGAIN. I rather pay extra money and go elsewhere because I don't have time for the foolishness.
