Extremely poor installation service and communication. We were scheduled for toilet installation 6-1. No call, no show. We called & were told new date of 6-3 between 8 &11. No show, no call. We called 11:30 left our number. 15 minutes later "Angi" called & advised no local installers available but will have someone here 6-5!!! Ready to bring that toilet back!!

I used the Lowe's app to make sure that the items were in the store.I found out after no help from Mike in flooring send me the front of the store so that the busy people there could call someone else to meet me and say somebody made a mistake. But 5 of 20 in inventory is more than a little mistake.
I gave them a second chance, and the app said that the battery pruners were in stock and I couldn't find them anywhere in the store very disappointed

So much for veterans you don't honor discount on appliances, let alone don't stand by your time slot that's on your paperwork, then put me on hold for 58 minutes, then tell me installation (hook up) is included for a refrigerator with water(ice maker) as long as water is off, then have a 3rd party delivery an all they will do is plug it in..THANKS but no more LOWES for this family thanks for treating my 86yo veteran father way you did!!

A client purchased materials to remodel a bathroom. They called her to let her know it's ready and after awhile of looking for the items they tell me it'll need to be refunded because the product purchased has been discontinued and they are not able to get. Wasted time and now my client has to do more searching. Thanks Lowe's.
