In store , it's ok, understaffed and folks under educated.. now after my experience after floor installations , I would never recommend that , go to a legitimate flooring store where that is their entire business, this is contracted and what seems to be not very experienced installers , now I have a nail growing through one plank and many separations due to being installed against manufacturer warranty and recommendations. To get anyone back out has been and still is a ongoing thing , between the phone support and having to go get a professional to inspect and write. A letter and return it to the company, the local store washed their hands after the install is complete . And zero support after . There are a few great stars there. So maybe stick with specialty stores and not a big box store for more than basics . My experiences.

Hiring inept employees doesn't help! Good luck finding anybody to help you with something to your car or any employee who can help with any questions you may have with a product of any kind. At the help desk, they've posted a sign stating that no foul language will be tolerated. Can you imagine how frustrated with the services at the help desk are before someone goes to those lengths to express themselves? Dunderheaded employees don't help!

I was looking for a mechanics chair and asked two men. Where was both men knew nothing was standing in aisle 15. Talking to one of them he told me it was in the aisle 61 walk down to 61 wasn't there ask the guy at the register? He didn't have a clue. Walked back to a female. She took me right to it and I was standing in the same aisle with the guy. I asked the first time in aisle 15 and there was . I felt like I was on the movie dumb and dumber

0 affordable fridges in stock. No normal person is going to drop $1,500 on a fridge. "Couldn't sell me the floor model" Does not sell fridges, only fridge deliveries. A fridge full of food can't wait "2-6 days" before it spoils. 0 Stars.

Jody and the delivery crew did a great job with a big order for my business. It felt like I was dealing with a small corner store hardware store. Well done!

Sorry, but customer service is very lacking. In line to pay for my items. Waited for 15 minutes while Pro check out clerk was trying to get another customers account to register. This should have been a job for customer service not a clerk at a Pro checkout counter. All the customers behind me were as aggravated as I was. I asked if there were clerks at the regular checkout lanes and she replied ed yes there should be 2 down there. I went down to the regular checkout lanes to find there were no checkout clerks there. I ended up going through self checkout. It seems way too complicated to pay for items you purchase at Lowes.

I visited the Lowe's in Zanesville, Ohio today around 2pm. I needed some construction screws, nails and joint brackets. I am not a construction guy and was just trying to pick them up for my son. I took in the actual item and/or empty box for each item. I could not find the items on my own. I looked for help which took a long time. I found a female worker and she couldn't help me but said she would look for someone who knew screws. She wandered around for awhile never finding anyone and finally disappeared. I saw very little employees in the aisle areas or where they could help customers. Another lady had the same luck and couldn't get assistance. On the way out there was 2 employees standing around the exit looking at people leaving instead of assisting people like me. On the way out I told the lady they had terrible service and need to improve their customer service because I could not get any help and I was going up the road to Home Depot. I walked into Home Depot and was helped immediately and out in 10 minutes. I also saw the other dissatisfied female from Lowe's in there. That's two customers that Lowe's lost.

I hear from plenty of people that the customer service part of Lowe's leaves for improvement. I understand from a management point of view there is only so much one can do. If your employees do not feel valued or motivated. And that is not an easy task, customer service suffers.
