Went to “look” at mattresses with no intention of picking one out or coming home with one. Noah was amazingly helpful! Not pushy at all. Very informative! He asked a few questions, pointed us in the direction of a few mattresses and made the decision easy!!!I highly recommend mattress firm!

Sales man was very polite and easy to deal with. He listened to what we wanted and never tried to pressure us into something else. He would explain the differences on diffrent product., and have us try them not just tell us. He didn't just take us to the most expensive mattress and tell us this is all we have. Great sales man

I give all the stars possible for Noah!! He was Amazing, Funny, and he is Great with people and at his job!!! He was very patient, not in a hurry, or rushing even though it was getting late. He had me try many different beds to make sure I was choosing the right bed for myself. He explained the Warrenty, and the beds, like how they were different, he moved the base while I was laying on it to show me how great it was and everything it done!! He then had me use the remote to work the bed. He was showing me the different mattress and prices which was great because he wasn't just trying to sell the best, highest priced mattress, he cared that it would be the right one and in my price range. I never thought buying a mattress would be so much information or so much fun!! I will be telling everyone about this company and referring them to Noah for sure!! I appreciate him so much! I am also going to post my new bed on Facebook giving Noah more Praise for his Over The Top Exceptional & Outstanding Customer Service!! You need to keep this guy!!❤️Thank You,Jamie Croston

The salesman Noah was knowledgeable about the mattress I was interested in and gave me helpful information on the product. He even helped me get a good deal on a bundle package with the pillows and sheets and mattress cover.

My husband and I just bought a Queen & King mattress in Zanesville. We walked in the store at 7:37pm. I immediately told the sales guy Cody that we were on the way back from Columbus from seeing our traumatized son. He was in a bad no fault accident & we needed a mattress for him. Cody immediately said, no worries. We were very impressed with his information on the matresss, the sale going on was great too! He went above and beyond with his service. I highly recommend this store. It says alot about the owners as well.

I was able to take my time trying each mattress, so I felt comfortable that I was making the best choice. Noah took his time to explain all the features and benefits of the options I was looking at, and made the process very easy. Couldn't be happier with the experience or my new mattress.

If I could give this place 10 stars, especially Noah from the Mattress Firm on Northpointe Drive, I would. Noah and his associate with him today were so helpful, funny, and kind. I can't wait for my purple mattress to come in. Noah gave me a great deal, and tirelessly helped me search for the perfect mattress. Noah deserves a raise and proper recognition for his professionalism and genuine kindness. Noah, keep being awesome! 100/10 would recommend.
