If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I just had a total knee replacement, I used my crutches and fell and they gave me the dirtiest look

The quickest pedicure that I have ever had. More concerned with getting as many people in as possible. Never given an option for types of services. She only wore gloves while working on callus. Then handed me off to a guy for the manicure which was the absolute worse manicure of my life. Filed nails and painted. Didn't push cuticles. Left rough edges. Only polished center of nail left sides unpainted. Asked him to remove polish he left on my skin. I only got to show one example. He scraped his fingernail over that polish which did not take it off and didn't bother looking at the other spots. I guess they didn't like that I declined the fact that the both kept pushing for gel. Had no idea what it would cost until they wanted money. They charged as high as other places or higher for shoddy service. They seem to just push as many through as possible. Both manicure and pedicure were done in less than an hour. I won't be back.

Took my daughter to get her first pedicure and the woman didn’t even speak to her at all. She had her headphone in talking on the phone during the whole appointment. She applied the second color coat, put the light on then left to start another clients nails. The man doing my nails had to go over and finish her top coat and light.
My top color doesn’t cover my whole nails, as well as the top coat doesn’t cover the entire color.
Customer service, quality and pricing all need improvement.

Terrible experience, The worker, the older man with the hat is rude. I have never been to a nail place that can’t do French manicure, and I was advised that if I want anything done in my nails, other than regular polish, I have to go in the morning well guess what I work in the morning so if you advertise Specific hours you should have somebody there that knows how to fulfill every request until closing time.
I have never been treated with such an unpleasant attitude. I will never ever go back.
And I get a manicure and a pedicure done every two weeks so it is their loss.

Spending 60 on nails that a crooked and polish is already coming off after a week. I would not recommend this service. Do not go here.

Had a pedicure still left with rough feet. I’m use to have options for pedicures such as hot stone massage and lotion and hot towel longer than 2 minutes. I don’t feel that it was worth $50 maybe $20. They seem to be in a hurry to get done. Water was lukewarm never offer a water which is often offered other places. Find another place to get your feet done if you expect more than a 25 minute experience. I also got my toe nail polished it was okay.

I do not recommend Nails 3000 to anyone.? I went in for a fill-in and was upcharged for everything, including having them trimmed shorter. I was fine with that. However, the end result left me very disappointed. All of my nails are too short, very crooked, and so thin you can see through them.

the lady that had done my nails was so rough to the point where i was literally bleeding. she also gave me something completely different from what i had asked for like i even had showed her a reference picture of what i wanted. i had to go home and do the design myself. spent 85 dollars for absolutely nothing. and this was my first time getting acrylics too and i was expecting my first time to be much better than this i seriously don’t recommend that you go here.
