“As someone who has extremely complex medications and medical issues, I was desperately looking for a change in how difficult filling my prescriptions was at a chain pharmacy. I have had an amazing experience with Shriver’s in so many ways.
First, after fighting my insurance for MONTHS to get a medication approved, it was approved on Christmas Eve. I called all the pharmacies in town looking for any in stock. Shriver’s had it transferred from the other pharmacy and filled within a few hours even on Christmas Eve.
After that, I decided to start moving my prescriptions to Shriver’s and have had a great experience. They have even automatically applied savings cards on expensive brand name medications for me. At the chain pharmacies I had to spend so much time signing up for these on my own, calling and having to leave a voicemail to apply them, one number being messed up and it not working, etc.
The few times I have had an issue or a question about something, I’ve been able to speak to someone almost as soon as I call and they are able to answer my question fairly quickly and easily. When I had a concern about a prescription as I was picking it up, the pharmacy staff listened to my concerns and talked to me about the prescription right away. They even cared about what was most cost effective for me and helped me fill it in the most cost efficient way. I appreciated the clear explanation about my concern and clear guidance on what to expect going forward.
Many of my medical providers have even commented on how amazing Shriver’s has been because they know my complexity and at chain pharmacies in the past there were constantly issues and I was constantly calling my providers and the pharmacy both trying to figure out all the random issues with filling my meds.
Shriver’s seems to have a clear system that is working. If they say they’re going to do something, it’s done. If I’m told they’ll call me back, they do. If I have a question, they answer it to the best of their ability. I will definitely be continuing to use Shriver’s as much as I can. I would highly recommend Shriver’s on Brighton if you have a lot of complex medications and are tired of chain pharmacies.”

“Honestly, it would be more convenient for me to go to the same pharmacy as the rest of my family or even one with a drive thru but I can't leave because of the outstanding pharmacists! They go above and beyond to remember you and to check in how things are going! They truly care about your well being and the best possible result with your medication. I even had the pharmacist call me after I picked up my medicine because she missed me and wanted to ask how things were going and give me some tips on a new medicine! It's worth not having a drive thru pickup to have a pharmacist and techs that truly care.”

“My mother recently had hip surgery after falling while cleaning her basement. Since she lives alone, I've been staying with her to help out until she recovers. I decided to order her groceries online and pick them up later that evening. The service I received was 5 star, being it was ready when I arrived, and the girl assisting me was very polite and promptly loaded my groceries in the trunk of my car. However, Krogers only received a 3 star
due to their lack of
inventory of a few items but highly wanted by her, which forced me to go to Walmart and pick up the items Krogers didn't have. Very inconvenient.”

I’ve been going her for a year or two and the people are so respectful so discreet and so kind an helpful I’ve had a few issues outside my Medicine I receive there other medical things an all the pharmacists have an had at one point assisted me just all around a great place. They will treat you as close to family as a buisness to a customer would 10/10”

“My experience at CVS today couldn’t have been better! I went in to look for a certain item and found it right away. The store is always bright, clean and well- stocked. The two employees at the checkout were friendly and helpful, and when I couldn’t find my CVS card, they looked up my account by my phone number so that I got the benefits. CVS is always one of my preferred places to shop!”
