“They have communication issues, but ultimately they made it right. I ordered a phone that required a signature, and knew that I was not going to be home until Friday, so I paid for a scheduled delivery. They still attempted to deliver for 3 days prior to Friday, and then failed to deliver on my scheduled day that I paid for. However, after I called in they did deliver on Saturday, and I know that these drivers work hard, so I am not upset.”
