We had an awesome visit to this store today all thanks to Ryan. He was able to help get us into two brand new phones that we love. He was down to earth and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time making our visit a complete breeze. Would 100% come back to this store just based on my wife and I's experience with him today.

1 person for 10 people waiting to be taken care of is just a bit crazy. Hire more people or don't take walk ins. The bottom line isn't so low that you can't hire enough people to service the walk in customers and the reservations.

Life Saver!
I was switching from AT&T to Spectrum and AT&T was giving me such a hard time and being very unhelpful and, well, just horrible. I was in tears.
Then I went to the Spectrum store to see if they could help and BRITTANY saved the day. She had a calm voice. She knew her stuff and I actually left laughing.
Thank you Spectrum & most of all, thank you, Brittany!!!

The professionalism of the store is ridiculous. We waited one hour to turn in equipment that they have threatened to charge me for and when I walked in the store I didn't even get acknowledged by any of the three employees that were behind the counter another customer had to tell me that I needed to sign in on the kiosk in order to get a place in line. Completely unprofessional very rude.

Came in 2 days in a row to find a long line of 12 people or more and only 2 workers. Currently I'm at the store with 11 people waiting to be seen along with myself. I've been waiting for an hour now and one of the workers looks like they're on their phone instead of helping customers. Looking to change my internet provider soon.

Yeah I had a major overhaul to do at the cable company I had four cable boxes to switch out switch the cable over to another person's name from a deceased person individually get the bill more affordable. I like many people in the past I've had bad experiences with the cable company and I like everybody else complain about it however today I had a great experience at the cable company and if you're going to complain when they're doing something wrong you ought to have the guts to say when they're doing something right I thought I was going to be in for a long drawn-out ordeal today a very very sweet young lady named Brittany Mitchell I hope she doesn't mind me saying her name on here but she gave me incredible service she helped me save money on my bill she was so sweet and kind and it changed my whole day it just made my day a great day with the experience I had today so although I've had many bad experiences today I had a great experience yes remember when you go in these places if you're dealing with a different person then the one that treated you rudely treat people with respect until they treat you with disrespect that's what happened today and I had a fantastic experience I just want to say thank you again to Brittany I hope this gets through to her bosses because she deserves to come up with oh also I heard her say while I was waiting in line when the other girl working there asked her what time she left she said 6 and it was after 6:00 so I figured I was in for a long week with only one person but Brittany stayed after she was supposed to be gone to help get the line down before she left so I just want to say my hat's off to her and I had a fantastic experience today and I hope that's the way things go up there from now on

Our experience with this store is an example of outstanding customer service. Brittany, the Store Specialist that helped us, navigated through a nightmare of red tape with our old carrier to ensure that our transition to Spectrum was smooth sailing. She also got us squared away with the hardware required to set up the broadband internet connection at our new home in Ohio. I've been employed by various IT companies for 40+ years and have seen the entire gambit of customer service from poor to great, and hers was an example of service that went above and beyond. Truly, a great way to start a relationship with a new service provider. Bravo, 5+ Stars...
