This place is a privately owned store that deals with spectrum products. They can't do bundles. They won't allow you to add to your current spectrum account. The staff are unbelievably unprofessional. The young man who attempted to help me was texting the entire time. So much that he didn't even look me in the eye. Horrible experience. I recommend taking care of any business one has with spectrum by calling spectrum or doing it on the website.

Did not have appointment only walked in to return equipment and only had to wait about 10 minutes. They assisted me with courtesy and promptness.

Use to think so highly of spectrum, but I have learned to NEVER trust them, I was told "Misinformation" by MULTIPLE SPECTRUM AGENTS and now I'm paying even more! My phone bill has went up soooo much in just a short 3 months! Do not belive a single thing these people tell you because I'm telling you now, all they care about is money and they will tell you what ever they need to trick you and you'll end up paying way more.

I’ve had Spectrum for 12 years and have had only a couple of issues and they fixed them. Honestly I would give 5 stars until my recent experience. I live a mile from Cambridge Ohio 43725 and literally 2000 feet from a Spectrum line. My entire road of like 200 people have been trying to get internet for a decade with no success. I recently was driving an Amish family in Freeport Ohio and see they are installing internet on the Amish’s road. My head about exploded. They are 30 miles from any town and there are 2 houses on that road that even use power. And Spectrum is running a new internet line to them. But they refuse to run a line 2000 feet to my house. There are poles already installed and no digging that I can see. I even offered to pay out of pocket. If I were a Spectrum salesman I’d look into Patton Hollow Rd. Cambridge Ohio, 43725 and you would be grateful. Honestly the entire town of 50,000 people would probably switch to Spectrum if they could.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THIS PLACE TO SWITCH FROM BOOST TO SPECTRUM AND MY PHONE WAS AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED MY HUSBAND PHONE NUMBER HOW EVER WAS NOT AND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK THEY SAY ITS NOT ACTIVE BUT YET I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SERVICE FOR A MONTH THROUGH BOOST IN ORDER FOR MY HUSBAND TO HAVE A PHONE AND SPECTRUM IS STILL SAYING ITS NOT ACTIVE I REGRET SWITCHING TO THEM I SHOULD OF CHOOSEN A DIFFERENT PHONE CARRIER. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT THE KID AT THE STORE DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE RIGHT SIMCARD INFORMATION IN AND THE MANAGER DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB

If I could do no stars I would. I only have internet with them and it’s a joke. They keep raising my bill. I haven’t upgraded or made any changes. My bill went from $59.99 then to $69.99 and I just received a bill saying it is $84.99! They tell me it’s because of “updates.” I am looking at switching to a new company. Spectrum just nickels and dimes you. They are a total rip off.

Clerks never said hello or welcome. Just stood there while clerks who had no customers never greeted, one was trying to change the TV with a remote. The one clerk who did help kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk. They rushed through the visit and seemed unhappy to be an employee. For what monthly payments cost, they could at least pretend to like their jobs.
