Had a membership. In the last month, every time I wanted to stop, both bays were closed. I emailed and sent a message on social media asking about it. No response. They have not posted anything about what is going on nor have anything on the sign. Cancelled my membership today. Horrible customer service!

I've been thinking about doing the membership and thought I would give it a try before I subscribed I paid for the $15 wash the underbody wash had very little pressure and the wash had next to no soap come out of the nozzles. The only thing I can say I got for $15 was hydrolic oil on the passenger side of my hood windshield and bedside . Still waiting on a call back

We canceled our membership today. I’ve always loved this car wash, especially because it is touch-less, but lately it is not worth the money. Every time I go 1 of the 2 bays seem to not be working and the undercarriage wash hardly ever works. Today, the water barely trickled out to get all the soap off my car. It saddens me because I love to support local, but I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Open 24/7. Has a shampoo hose, car supplies vending, water machine, and doggy wash.

I'll be back. The do-it-yourself is a pretty good value, and nice equipment. Want to try the touchless automatic car wash a few more times before I decide if I'm going to stick with it.

Normally I have a good experience with the doggy wash but I took my fur boy in today and put $5 in the machine and I couldn’t get any water to come out the only thing working was the dryer. A waste of time and gas driving in there and not to mention I lost $5 a few weeks ago in the change machine. Nobody on site either time to try to get my $ back

Took my money but the door never opened up. Called 2-3 times and left clear messages and never received a return call. Had to take it up with my credit card company to get my money back. Car wash itself is pretty good. People running it not so much.
