I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile.My goal was to keep everything I have (2 cell phones, an IPad, and home internet) and lower my bill. T-Mobile was able to lower my bill and keep everything I already had! The store manager Sabrena was able to address all my questions regarding my bill and had excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Avoid at all costs. Customer support is not helpful, very limited in what they are "allowed" to do by corporate - they promise that an issue has been resolved, offer no documentation, and the issue never gets resolved. Would recommend looking into other stores and providers.

Would give negative stars if I could. Went here with my mom to get her set up as a new customer about 10 months ago. They did not let her know of any the deals on of the newer phones. The manager admitted they DO NOT offer those deals to senior citizens unless it's brought up by the customer. Talk about "age" discrimination.Called T-mobile customer service and she helped us. The phone that was sold to my mother was the same old phone she had from another carrier. They helped get her into a newer phone by calling the store. After all was said and done, the store ended up charging twice the activation fees. The manager was supposed to take off the first one due to them NOT offering the better deals. This store will lie, discriminate, and then rip you off.

My husband and I spent around an hour here today, and Taysean (pronounced Tay- sean) was the employee who did the computer work. We had an extremely enjoyable time while purchasing our new phones. He made a real effort in the sales department of things. While we had to await the safe, and the computers, we were not bored. Really thank you guys for creating an enjoyable experience.

Got flat out lied to by a salesman and when my bill came and i went back to understand why the bill was so high I was told the sales man made an mistake and had made so many that he has been fired. But since I already set up the deal under false information, there is nothing they can do.

Customer service was amazing!!! Chad worked for hours to find me the absolutely best deal to fit my needs! Katie helped when needed and taysean was very kind and kept my teenage boy busy! LolDefinitely 10/10 recommend! Chad will go above and beyond to do what he can to get what you need!

Stopped in yesterday needing a phone after losing mine the night before. Chase instantly greeted me as I walked in. Super friendly, Very knowledgeable. Hooked me up with a great deal then once I found my old phone he switched everything over for me. He's now my phone guy! Thank you Chase.

Been with T-Mobile for 8 years, went in to upgrade my phone (thru jump on demand) and they had the phone shipped to me. They told me I would get a return label and send the current phone I had back. Never got the return label, called T-Mobile and it’s because the associate at this location incorrectly put it in the system that I wanted to upgrade my phone. Instead he made a “new line” with a new phone. So I then had to SEND THE NEW PHONE BACK, re-do the whole process, and it was honestly extremely frustrating. NONE OF THEM APOLOGIZED AT ALL. They weren’t the kindest. I recommend going to south Zanesville T-Mobile honestly. I’ve never had the issues like I’ve had at this T-Mobile. This was completely their fault and really didn’t take ownership of that.

I am so tired of this store everytime we try to do anything they make excuses on why they can do something - I tried to upgrade my phone they refused to sell to me because I wasn’t getting accessories - then told my it takes 10 mins to get into there safe and that I should just drive to maple. I asked to speak to their manager Katie and they said no and refused and told me to get out of their store. I ended up driving to south store and found they aren’t owned by the same company and immediately helped me . I ended up buying accessories from them just from how nice they were. I won’t be back to maple and if you see this I wouldn’t go there either

I came in the store the other day with issues with my phone. I spoke with Aj. He was very helpful and very informative. I ended up getting a new phone. I left the store feeling very confident in navigating and working my new phone. I will always come to this store for any concerns. AJ is a great asset to this store.

Chase helped us out tremendously. We have my brother’s father from Dubai here for a few weeks as a visit. and he was looking to get a Sim card so he could have service outside of the house while his stay here. We explored options and found the best option for him because his Sim card from Dubai doesn’t work here as it does in Dubai, he handled it very well. Also handled his language tremendously very respectful, very patient and very helpful. Thank you Chase some people cant handle situations like that and you did perfectly!! Thank you
