The Zanesville department called me back and we got this all straightened out. Tammy was very friendly and very helpful even though I made a mistake. So, we are all human and make mistakes but we need to learn from them. I hope this will help improve their service and our communications with each other.

I forgot to say this is the Zanesville hubs drivers. I did get through to a person but it was a foreign country. So, I doubt highly if anything will get done about these drivers that can’t deliver our packages to our door. I guess I’m going to have to put up with them throwing the packages into the field. Hopefully we will find them before the contents is destroyed by the weather. V

Why are you open 2 hrs a day and not on weekends??Normal working people can't make it to the only drop off center in this town with traffic.Saturday 10am-12pm would be a great addition, since your employees can only work 2 hours a day.

It is crazy that there is not a human to talk to.I think I am getting scam text messages but can't get any help from you .Why would I need to schedule a delivery ? You have left many at the door.

You should be able to take packages to be returned during regular business hours not between 4:30-6:00pm. Only people from out of town and doesn't know have to make special trips or arrangements to try to get a package returned due to a wasted trip to find out about the hours and if the lady decided not to show up guess what wasted trip took 3 trips to Zanesville from Crooksville to finally get the wrong package returned. Train more people or something to fix the issue.

My pkg arrived at this site at 6:10 on Friday morning, and won’t be delivered until Tuesday. Unexcusable. I live 10 miles away and stopped by to try to get my pkg and they said it was most likely on a truck that wouldn’t be unloaded soon. I can’t believe such poor customer service and can see why UPS is going out of business. Never use UPS!Rick Hayes

They lost my first package on December 2. They wouldn't let me file a claim and tolde to get a hold of the shipper. The shipper has resent the package again and now, the new package IS LOST AS WELL. Someone is either stealing my packages or you are clearly incapable of doing your job.

Good service, but the hours are ridiculous. Open 4:30-6:30 isn't much help.

Delivery person failed to deliver medical equipment claiming the road was closed but truth is the road was open. And also claimed the day before that no one answered however there is a note on the door saying medically disabled please allow a few minutes. UPS you have failed. Hire drivers who have compassion and are courteous not just in a rush to get home! It's a shame a 73 year old has to go without oxygen because your driver is lazy!

I would like to know how you talk to a person and not get a recording. Our delivery person drops all of our packages off at a house far down the road from us that has no mailbox let alone an address. Our address is plainly visible. Please can anyone help us?

Can't talk to no one !!!! My package was open on both ends and it was at the house across the street unbelievable I have my house number on the porch and I have it on my mailbox and still cannot get it on my porch unbelievable and it is just unreal how you cannot call and talk to a human being!!!!!!!!!!
