“We have purchased two vehicles from Wilbur Auto. The first was four years ago and the second a little over a year ago, both are decent cars. As with all older used vehicles there were some minor issues. You can pay more for a used vehicle and still have issues.We are still driving both of them today.”
“I had a great experience buying a 2014 jeep from y city. I found an issue with the front drive shaft, it wasn't constant and I only found the issue doing a specific maneuver, aka it wasn't something they were hiding, it's an easily missed fault. I still wanted to buy the jeep and they offered to lower the price as is(I'm a mechanic) or I go have lunch while they replace it, I took option B and was gone for about an hour and when I got back it was replaced and ready to go. They own the mechanic shop across the street but I was still impressed how quickly they replaced the part and resolved the issue. They were very fair with the pricing and I appreciate carter's no pressure negotiations. It's a Family business, mom, son, and dad running the detail shop, mechanic shop, and car lot, I love owner operator businesses. I see a lot of bad reviews but this is a lot selling late model used cars, after 100k miles its a crap shoot.. always buy a warranty! Another awesome point, they sell the warranty at cost!! Most dealers mark them up $500-$1000. It was $950 for a 24 month 30,000 mile warranty I'm sorry but if you're buying a 100k+ mile car that's 10 years old and you don't spend a few extra hundred dollars on a warranty and it breaks down 6 months later you're crazy to blame the dealer. Don't be fooled by the bad reviews, I don't buy late model cars, I bought this only to tow behind my RV so no point in buying new but if I ever need another vehicle in this category I'm calling Carter!”

“after going to Newark and col. and not finding a veh was on internet and found one 5mi. from home pulled into mchugh to look at a used jeep kole perry walked up and ask if i need help went got key and plate took for a ride was what i wanted gave me price i ask for my veh and discounted internet price no haggle price was right made the deal have never had a group of auto dealers so easy to work with and was a total of 2hr it doesn't get any better than that and i want to thank lacy for her help to get this site the group is better than 5 stars”
