“We highly recommend Dr. Heilman & the entire Olde Falls Team. Everyone is professional, helpful & always kind & welcoming. Dr. Heilman [an OSU DVM] is very thorough and takes the time to explain/discuss diagnoses. We were so impressed the 1st time he met our little Ollie [a very anxious Havanese] - Dr. Heilman talked softly to him & handled him so gently - it was very sweet & very much appreciated. He has handled a variety of challenging issues with our dogs & has always been responsive, caring & thorough. I have to add howClinic Manager, Billie, took special care of anxious Ollie while he was waiting for a recent dental - he was very vocal about being left behind & Billie took him to her desk/lap until the procedure - that was above & beyond special care [or just saving everyone's ears! ?] - but we were so impressed - Thank you all for your dedication & hard work!”

“I cannot say enough good things about our veterinarian and the staff there. I've recently just had a sick cat and at the appointment today Marianne was so thorough took her time and explained everything so well and answered all my questions . You can tell they really care about their patients and the patients parents . She is the sweetest and so attentive. The staff is so caring and very informative and put up with calls after calls of this worried pet parents haha . We have been going here for years . ❤️ Thank you all from the bottom of my heart !!”

“Dr Smith is a very knowledgeable Vet. She seems to sincerely care about your pet as if they were her own. With pets that needs to be euthanize. She gives you private time to say goodbye. Mary is wonderful. The staff is also very caring. The office is spotless.”

“Was looking into a new vet, saw the sign for this place, and decided to give them a call. We managed to get an appointment asap even next day if we wanted, we brought our dog in to get his ear looked at. The staff was very friendly and had really good communication. I recommend this vet to anyone that needs to get their fur babies looked at. They treat you like family and you won't regret your decision.”
