Loved going here till today. Rudest lady I've ever dealt with. Everyone else is always so helpful. She acted like there was a line behind me yet there was no one. Acted like I was an inconvenience.

BEWARE
I’m very upset ; traveled really far to get a wine that the girl (Jess)on phone clearly told me she had and didn’t
Then when I got there, she said I didn’t tell you that she meant they might have it.
Spoke to manager and he said we wouldn’t lie we were mistaken, when she definitely lied. It insults your intelligence when they act like you don’t know what you heard. Why would my guest and I travel 3 hours one way because of a maybe we have it ( Guest was visiting from Arkansas where they won’t deliver )
Never apologized, just defending her lying
I explained before hand that I had a long drive and again she said yes we have it
I will never go back. So Beware the lack of care and customer service and accountability they could tell you anything

Lady working behind the deli counter today was rude as always. Literally every time I’ve ever been in there she has a horrible attitude enough to make you want to never come back. Quit if you hate it so bad.

I can't believe I hadn't reviewed this fantastic market yet!! It's my go to for steaks. The best in town! I haven't gone to a restaurant for steak since going to winerak. I prefer to cook the steak the way I and my wife want it and beyond better than restaurant quality. An exceptional staff working there to help you out! I've never left there disappointed.

The Winerack is great, excellent employees, they sell great fresh meat, with a pretty wide selection of alcohol and I think that they have fair prices, I Love The Winerack.

A good store with a large selection of drinks. Also here you can buy fresh meat, fish, salads, nipples, sausages, vegetables, various sauces and much more. I would like to separately mention the staff, nice people, they will always help and advise you. I recommend this store.

Love going in to find a Burbon or Scotch or a bottle of wine. They have a great selection of all. If you are looking for a new favorite, ALL of the employees have good suggestions.
