“Don’t think some of the reviewers go to the same post office I do. Been going there for 20+ years and always get the same courteous service. Best part is that there usually isn’t even a line!”

“I thought my package had arrived because it said it was in transit and that it was in akron, the lady picked up the phone and gave me all the details I needed and when my delivery date is. 5/5 Customer service and I am very happy with how she handled my questions. Super professional and very kind.”

“Navarre post office is the best by far I ever have had the pleasure of visiting . The manager Allan is so cheerful and helpful . He’s always took care of any issue immediately . And the ladies who work at the front are absolutely helpful and pleasant and my Mail Carrier a lady who delivered my mail at lake Sherman mobile home park was the best mail carrier I ever had . All the subs were excellent also . I have no negative feedback on Navarre postal service . They all should get a medal as they all are caring devoted people . I moved to Massillon and I do miss the Navarre post office employees . Best of luck to you all cause you’re the best !!!!”

“Very helpful and kind workers! I accidentally sent my package the wrong address (instead of the post office) and they were so willing to help me find it. One employee even came with me to find my lost package. My family and I have frequented this post office over the past few months, and every interaction we’ve had has been very positive.”

“This location has the friendliest staff and carriers. They are fast and efficient. Never an issue with them. The other location could take lessons from this staff on Customer Service and how to run a post office. Thanks everyone at the Magnolia branch”

210 North Broadway Street, New Philadelphia OH 44663
“Always pleasant and efficient, with a friendly and helpful staff. I think they do a great job! Some people really hate on them, and to those folks I say, "Get a pony, deliver your own mail, or quit whining".”

“I had a package delivered to an old address on accident and got an alert that it was out for delivery. I called the post office and spoke with Andrew about my dilemma. Andrew was so nice, he was going to reach out to the route carrier and have him bring the package back for me so I could just pick it up instead of it being shipped back.”
