The Ada Oklahoma store is absolutely the worst to have to work with. If you don’t have to have an AT&T phone I would run from them fast as possible. Find someone else because they are useless. if I could do anything less than a one star, I definitely would they sell you things that don’t work. They don’t wanna work with you on trying to get it to work other than throw more money at it and once you cancel your account with them, they will not return the phone in the store to go to a corporate store or mail it in They’re shysters

Through my at&t app, I can upgrade for 300, in store, the price was a 1000 to pay off a phone I never owed over 900 on over a year ago. Avoid this place and just do the app.

The staff is disrespectful, and they do nothing but push the next sale. When the phone I got here started turning itself off, moments after the phone was turned on. I came in to ask for help, I've been getting text to upgrade now daily. The rude man who was so excited when I walked in realized I didn't want to buy anything, he's whole face changed. He became increasingly rude as I asked questions. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY CAN'T AND DONT HELP WITH ANYTHIBG YOU BUY.

It is sad to say that every time I go to this AT&T location I feel worse off than when I went there in the first place to get my problem resolved.. And believe you me, I’m not want to ever complain or make a review about anything. I’m an Easygoer, I sure hope this gets to management somehow because that who needs to see this!? unhappiest person in the store. How is it that It’s a manager?

I got a new phone and they had to activate it and they got it right off. The bat transferred over data from one to the other. The guy was really knowledgeable and really friendly.

Make sure to double check when you update your IPhones. They will enrolled you in AT&T next & AT&T protect advantage without letting you know.At the end you just get a trade in receipt.

They are very helpful. They have fixed my problem with my new iPhone with in 10 to 15 minutes I highly recommend them if you need to go to a AT&T store. Should have went there instead of Ada AT&T. They fixed everything that Ada messed up.
