He recognized the core issue and took steps to resolve the situation. This is service. All customers want is the problem addressed and fixed and pay a fair price for it. “I cannot recommend Weldon's in Ada enough. We recently took our 2019 Nissan Armada in for an alignment after purchasing new tires. The alignment itself went smoothly, but afterward an error light appeared related to the vehicle's ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), which controls features like the front cameras and adaptive cruise control.
As soon as we brought it to their attention, they immediately offered to take another look at no charge. After investigating, they determined the warning light was caused by the cameras needing recalibration. While they didn't have the specialized equipment required to perform the calibration themselves, they went above and beyond by finding another shop that could do the work, scheduling us for the very next day, and even covering the cost of the recalibration.
That level of customer service is rare these days. They stood behind their work, took responsibility for making things right, and made the entire process stress-free. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.
