“I brought my car to have the locking lug nuts removed. Long story short I wasn’t happy when I left the store. Subsequently I met with Blake the Service Manager. He recognized the core issue and took steps to resolve the situation. This is service. All customers want is the problem addressed and fixed and pay a fair price for it. “I went to Ada alignment and tire to have my tires balanced. The people there were rude and on my drive home from there I had a bad vibration at 55-65. I brought it to Ada tire inc to have them balanced again because one of my tires had an excessive amount of weights. The people here were pretty friendly and told me they were all out of balance. They balanced them and fixed the vibration with no charge at all. Thank you Ada tire inc!”

“Really good place , they have worked on my cars a few times , there really fast on repairing your cars so that's a huge deal for me. sometimes there cheap on prices , sometimes there not , so it really balances out in the end so it's a win there as well”

“So grateful for this shop! They were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. On our road trip to visit family my cars AC went out. Weldon’s not only got my car in to look for the problem on short notice but were able to fix it. The lead mechanic found the problem (blown fuse) and we were back on the road in no time! The shop owner was there and he was kind and friendly. We enjoyed visiting with him while our car was being taken care of! The lobby was clean and welcoming, the staff was great, and we are so glad they were able to help us! Definitely recommend this shop!”
