I dropped my 2022 Chevy Silverado off at Bates so they could upgrade my stereo system. The stock speakers that came from the factory were okay, but after Bates replaced my 4 door speakers the sound was so much crisper and clearer.

Fantastic service. Had been going to a guy in McAlester for my smartstart service and after waiting over an hour to two hours past my appointment time and having things not be ordered I found Bates electronics. Everytime he's got me taken care in 15 minutes or less. Has jumped on getting me in same day for an appointment and overall a great individual. Thank you Ron and I look forward to future services and equipment for my vehicle
