Staff was so friendly! We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. She wasn’t too pushy, she just showed us some sales going on and offered her help if we needed it.
I’ve been here many times and I’ve never felt pushed to buy any unnecessary things. I always have a pleasant experience here!

The entire staff is very helpful and sweet!!! I had a return and the store manager helped me find what I could exchange it for. She was awesome!

There is always the 'normal' bath & body works friendliness & helpfulness when I visit this location, but today I really hope one specifically gets recognized. I am so upset with myself for not catching her name, but I remember that she had a rainbow sanitizer case on her apron & that when she saw me with my 2 kids (5 & 10) & saw how I was a bit overwhelmed & my kiddos were so over me sniffing around, she gladly offered to entertain them so I could do my shopping. Not only was that alone above & beyond her call of duty, when my youngest accidentally broke a candle, I was mortified & was apologizing profusely as I explained the she is on the spectrum & is still working on her motor functioning skills & she didn't mean anything malice by it, this amazing woman reassured me that it was okay & that accident naturally happen, with or without the spectrum, then asked me if it was okay for her to take my daughter to the sink to wash her hands with the smelly goods, my daughter loves water & just washing her hands & "playing" in the water, making potions (all the bubbles about to go down the drain) was probably more equivalent to a trip to the park for her. I hope the staff here are able to pinpoint the woman that I am talking about & I pray that upper management or even corporate acknowledge what an amazing human being they have in this particular store! My first intention after the candle was to help clean it up, see if I need to pay for it & then high tail it out of there, but because of her & her going so, so very far above & beyond I was actually able to SHOP at a B&BW which is something that I haven't been able to really do in quite some time. Legit that woman deserves everything good in this world ♡

Store was clean and organized. The 2 sales people were polite when I came into the store. They would not leave me alone. Heard of shopper stalker? These girls, I know were just doing their job, however justvlet me shop. No, I am just looking and No, I am not interested came out of my mouth several times. I just ended up leaving. Forget that. I don't need lotion and soap that bad.
