Clean,helpful employees, really cheap prices on the furniture

The fairly young girl with glasses who waited on on me was very rude. I told her I had a coupon for $10 off of $40 on my phone and she said if it doesn't have the barcode I cannot honor it and this is after her coworker already held up the coupon and said we have a copy of it. She has no business in customer service. She isn't there to provide friendly service and save the customers money. She is there to impede and make sure you have an unpleasant experience so you don't come back. Her whole demeanor was rude and she had an agitated persona like she hates customers. She never smiled or greeted me or even said "thank you" and I wasn't rude to her. I would've already fired her.

There are always a lot of really cool things here. I ended up leaving the ones I decided I wanted at the checkout line because it was taking three employees an incredibly long time to help the person in front of me. I'm sure it was important; everyone is friendly.

We stopped in today and John was the salesman who helped us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He made our experience enjoyable and is the reason we will be back to this location.
