I was extremely impressed with Citizen Bank, but even more so with the people I worked with. Patricia Broome is one of the nicest people you will meet. She is not only kind but extremely knowledgeable. She worked hard for me and my family to get me approved for my cozy dream home. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. She walked me through the process, and when I didn't understand she took time to explain everything I needed to know. She made sure to reach out to me with any updates on the loan process. I never felt left in the dark about anything! If you are looking for good, honest, hard working people that will be in your corner, then you can find that right here at Citizen Bank!
