When I first visited Cricket, the individual at the counter was exceptionally friendly when i went into buy phones. However, upon returning a month later, every single woman in the store displayed rudeness and had an attitude. It seemed that if they were not making a sale for their commission or bonus, their professionalism was severely lacking.

We came to get our kids Christmas gifts and Natalie helped us out. She was friendly, professional and got us the best bundle deal possible. Everyone in the store was very pleasant ? overall 5 star experience!! Thanks Ada cricket.

I have had Cricket service for about a year. I was told when I signed up that I could upgrade to an Iphone 11 or 12 for 100$ after I had service for at least 6 months. My phone bit the dust today, and i went into upgrade and now it is almost 500$. Natalie was very nice and tried to see how she could work with me to my best benefit. Because she is so great I am giving Cricket a good review. However, the promotions that Cricket has right now suck and I'm just going to switch to my husband's old phone until they have a better offer.

Went to add a line to my account, Leann was excellent in getting it all taken care of and was very very helpful!! 10 STARS for Leann!! Now all cricket needs to do is get rid of the constant activation fee everytime upgrades are available.
