They usually do a pretty good job, but this time the experience was disappointing. My friend didn’t like the color of her nails, so she went back the next day to get the same color I had — [powder cover a34]. The staff immediately told her, “You don’t want to do that, you’ll have to get a full new set and pay full price.”
She didn’t care about the cost — she wanted her nails taken off and a fresh set in the color she wanted, and she was perfectly willing to pay full price. However, they kept overriding her choice and insisted she pick a completely different color instead of simply letting her get what she asked for.
If a customer is willing to pay for a full new set, they should be allowed to get the color they want without being talked out of it. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since the service is usually decent otherwise..

They gave me a nail fungus that took 3 months of prescription medicine to get rid of then a year to be healthy again. NEVER AGAIN!

The name “Diva nail salon” is very fitting. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I was helped by someone named Steve, who had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. He was rude, dismissive, and made the entire appointment uncomfortable.
What made it even worse was that while doing my nails, he started talking about how he hates white men. My white boyfriend was sitting right next to me the whole time. It was completely inappropriate, offensive, and disgusting behavior.
There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of unprofessional conduct. I will never be back, and I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere. If you want to be treated with basic respect, Diva is not the place. Nails are fine, attitude wasn’t.

The guy that did my mani/pedi was AWFUL. I had healthy, long, natural nails & just wanted a manicure & gel polish - he asked if I wanted them trimmed & I said NO. Throughout the mani he kept filing & filing & now they're all short & no length at all! He said I had alot of cuticle skin, kept picking & picking at it & the next day I have SORES around a few of my nails! Right after he finished polishing, thinking I was done, he says he'll be right back & comes back with 2 plastic bags with purple liquid in them (I was thinking another soak, some oil???) and before I knew it, he had immersed my hand & WEDDING RING in hot wax! If he had told me what it was, or had the sense to tell me to remove my ring, I would have! Instead, I am still picking wax out of it & will have to take it to be professionally cleaned thanks to this. With the exception of cutting my toenails too short, the pedi was OK but I will NOT BE GOING BACK HERE because my beautiful, long, natural nails (and cuticles) are ruined!

I called ahead at 6:45 pm to see if it would be alright if I came in for a pedicure and they said it was alright.. got there at 6:50 & was out the door by 7:30... it was rushed & not relaxing at all... the woman clipped my nails way too short without even asking, she exfoliated my feet so hard it burned, she rubbed my legs so hard it hurt, and the gel polish was put on sloppily. Pedicure looks awful for the price.

Felt kind of rushed to get out. Some of my nails were not completely dry. Of course you don't know that until you have left. I usually get great service. Maybe next time.

The ladies were all nice to my sisters, mom and I! They took their time and made sure the water wasn’t too hot. The colors we picked out look great! We are never disappointed when we come here for nail services!

I typically don't leave negative reviews...but I just wanted to leave this here to hopefully save someone else from having to go to the doctor. I recently got a pedicure from here, and now I have an infection in my toe. I'm not sure if the tools were clean, as they were already unpackaged and sitting by the pedicure chair when I walked in. That was a huge red flag for me, and I should've turned around then, but didn't. I used to go here all the time back in college for manicures, and it was very busy then. It was not busy at all the other day when I walked in for a pedicure, and I'm hoping unclean tools isn't the reason why. I hope they start practicing board-worthy sanitation before someone loses a toe. The staff was friendly! And the pedicure was nice!!! But the trip to the doctor ruined Divas for me.

My husband, myself, and our two daughters came in all at the same time and said pedicure and maniture. We all had a relaxing pedicure until they got to the part of putting color aka gel on our toes and it was not done professional. It was messy and we were treated rudely with facial expressions and body language simply bc we wanted what we were asking for and they weren't even trying!!! Usually this hasn't been the case in the past. We won't be going back. I know of a place in Ardmore that does an excellent job and they treat you kindly. Diva nails just isn't it anymore. PPS if someone is paying over 300 dollars for a service to give a 300+ good service. Its that simple. 😡

(MY 11 YEAR OLD SISTER WOULDVE DID BETTER) Most horrible experience I EVER had, and I’ve been to horrible ones, my toe nails are horrible, she cut me and sprayed my dress and shoes with water when I got up and tried walking away to go check on my baby sister, we came in 2 hours prior and they waited 30 mins before closing and rushed us all, my entire family was there, my baby sister, my dad, my mom, my brother, and his girlfriend, and we all left extremely unhappy and bleeding so much we had to go to the store and get tissue to clean up the bleeding, there’s finger nail polish all over us, they kept talking bad about us, they coped an attitude with an 11 year old because she’s ticklish, I mean just straight rude and hateful, never doing this AGAIN. I highly recommend not coming here, they’re extremely expensive, something I would’ve paid $40 for they made me pay $90 for, I’m sorry but this was not professional and it was dirty and completely unacceptable. Please find a different place other than this, it may seem good because they close late, but I promise you it’s not.. stay safe my girlies and mans 🫶🫶

Just went there and the workers were no help. The guy that did my feet was real nice and talked to me . I told the lady to do acrylic and just went to painting them with polish . Then when I ask for acrylic again they were disrespectful and rough did a crappy job and just felt rushed. Never will be going back I’ll drive an hour away just to get my feet done .
