Horrible prices and had 12 people in line with 1 checker... who decided it was a good time to give shopping recommendations and directions as well as eating places recommendations while everyone waited in line. Took 25 minutes and I will never go to this place again!

There was a stain on the shirt I wanted to get for my son because we were going to the lake so I needed a change of clothes for him well anyways they wanted 6 dollars for the shirt and it was a big stain I asked if they could change the price and they said no..

Going down hill fast.The free donations go in, the prices keep going up. Goodwill says they help people, but there are no signs of it here. There is no job center anymore to help people find work, they do not have the disabled workers anymore. So how do they help people?Now the prices for used merchandise are almost as expensive as getting new at Walmart. I have seen items with store prices lower than the the goodwill sticker. Their excuse is prices are determined by OKC. It's a cop out. They also have a 50% discount color of the week, which is also bs, as they pull that color off the shelf that day, and ship to other stores so their products can't be sold at half off.Another ripoff is "do you want to round up?", In other words donate more to an organization that keeps cutting services to our area.If you want to donate to an organization that helps Ada and the surrounding areas, Just Gotta Have It, and Salvation Army are better choices.

Older customer needed help out with a heavy item she bought and the cashier told her they can't help her then the cashier argued with other customers that were in line.
