The tax associates are friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. I've only been using them for the past 2 years but I have always had a pleasant experience with them and plan on. Giving them my business from now on.

Jackson Hewitt on country club is where I went and the person working was Paul, he had other customers so I had to wait. When it was my turn it was about closing time but Paul apologized for my wait and he went right to work on my taxes. He was able to answer the questions I had and even explained my options to me. He was very nice and was super informative on my particular concerns. Really nice of him to go ahead and see me even though he was closing. Very professional. Thanks Paul!
