These people are exceptional at performing for my banking needs. I highly recommend using this bank for your financial needs. The employees are phenomenal in providing service in banking. I highly recommend also to open an account with Simmons Bank.

We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to deposit a check. Online it says the drive thru opens 8 am and the lobby opens up at 9 am. Plus they took out the other drive thru tellers and just have the commercial window. They need to figure something else out. I will be switching banks.

If you're not an "actual customer" don't bother trying to cash a check there. It doesn't matter if it was written off their bank.

I have used rhis bank for many years for all kinds of operations including international transfers. They are very good at what they do and give fast, friendly service with expanded hours. Their internet banking has served me well from all over the world. Six stars!
