Secure place. Friendly people that will work with you. Negative side is only open till 5 on week days and 9-12 on Saturday but they do post that and give you a sheet when you first move in to let you know.

They continue to have billing errors in their favor even though I'm on automatic draft. I then have to prove to them I made my payments.

Tells You they will be open But they stay closed, Dishonest. I Don't recommend this place,, Your better off leaving your belongings in a field. Terrible service Glad we've been gone for 2 months.Turn around and leave as fast As Possible!!!

Young guy was good at helping me get a storage asap..Paid the monthly fee & deposit,got my things out before the 30 day. And asked about the deposit said a pro rated fee etc so got charged for the monthly fee of course but 2take my deposit ..I didn't go over 30 days idk got over charged ?

usually they are great to work with but they aren't giving me my deposit or prorated month back. i talked to nathan and mike and gave them a verbal notice of me leaving and now they are making any and every single excuse not to mail me a check like they said they would. also had black mold and lots of frogs and spiders in my storage.

Don't expect communication from this guy my opinion is that this is by far the worst storage in ada as they don't send you mail about payments and they don't care if you are disabled and can't pay your bill. In this time of PANDEMIC so don't expect this man to work with you at all!!! to bad I couldn't give it a - star rating and you can't access you stuff after 4:30 - 5pm and not at all on the weekends as they lock the gate good luck and best regards to who gets a unit
