“I’m purchasing a new tablet today, team is wonderful help! Will mention how a Kathy or Karen didn’t really catch the name. She came in upset because she cracked her phone, Stephanie asked for a PIN number to her account but Karen wasn’t willing to give it over. Didn’t give Stephanie the chance to ask for a ID or anything before she stormed out talking about attitude and how she was going to report the team. But I just want to mention how I personally didn’t witness any attitude. Stephanie was absolutely willing to help her out and try to handle the situation.
