“Jesse was very helpful. I had not been getting my email since November. He took the time to restore that feature on my phone. While there I decided to purchase the new IPhone 17. He took time to inform about the phone and helped get the items I bought to go with my phone.”
“We came here two weeks ago and talked to the manage ran out switching. She explained what we needed to do and what we needed to bring for the day we actually switch.
We came back today and talked to Danielle, she was super helpful, relatable, nice and kind. She answered all of our questions that we had. We were there for a while because we were switching from a different carrier and getting different phones. But she made it seem not so long.
After we were done, we left, but ran into an issue, so we had to come back. Another male employee helped us figure it out in just a few minutes. I didn’t catch his name, but he was also super helpful!
No one tried to upsell us or anything. It was a great experience.”
“I’m purchasing a new tablet today, team is wonderful help! Will mention how a Kathy or Karen didn’t really catch the name. She came in upset because she cracked her phone, Stephanie asked for a PIN number to her account but Karen wasn’t willing to give it over. Didn’t give Stephanie the chance to ask for a ID or anything before she stormed out talking about attitude and how she was going to report the team. But I just want to mention how I personally didn’t witness any attitude. Stephanie was absolutely willing to help her out and try to handle the situation. So just wanna shout out the team, Chase and Stephanie are awesome and willing to do what it takes to get you taken care of ??”
