I cannot say enough good things about this shop 🙏 I have been coming here for 3 years.. I am a single mother, my old Toyota like a Lexus to me in this economy. They have always been fair with pricing and repaired my car the same day. They are all kind professional and down to earth. My car has always been taken good care of every time I have brought my car in there. I am grateful to the receptionist. She has a heart for women 🙏💖💯💯 and the crew works hard to get the job done. Thank you guys for everything and keepin my car on the road lol 💖 I would sincerely recommend this automotive shop to anyone in town they are good people 💖💯

every time we take a car to this shop, something magically breaks half a week later. they'll say they didn't see it and it somehow relates to the past thing that broke, even when the car had been in the shop for a week. they're way overpriced, towing the car away from the shop is about $350 or more, and you still have to do it yourself.... Don't go here.

I contacted several mechanics in town for a repair on my car. I got quotes all over the place from $380-$900 for the same repair. Muck's Automotive had the best rate. They tried to charge a little more for the services, but when I told them that wasn't the price they quoted, they found the original quote and adjusted the final price to the quoted price. The car was in an out within a couple hours.

The lady on the phone is rude. Called to get a price was hung up on 2 time.
I told her the issue and she tried to tell me it was something else. So rude can’t say anything about the shop labor but customer service is terrible.

0 stars if I could , DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. I wouldn't trust them to fix my weed eater . My truck was in there shop for a week and they told me it needed to much work and they didn't want to fix it because it was too old. I guess a 96 ford is to complicated for there staff.

Will not be back! Took my daughters car in to get the cutting out problem fixed. The put in one coil. Said it was fixed.$600.00 Drove home good, next morning it starts doing the same thing. Take it back and charged for dianostic reading again. 75.00. Now we need all coils. Because he said once you replace one it gives a domino effect! If you knew this why didnt you say this the first time. Now 400.00 later and did not wave the reading this time either! Rip off.

Would not recommend this place. I took my vehicle here to get a diagnostic done. I had an extended warranty through the place I got my car from. They said there was one thing wrong with the car because I showed them the possible issue. They went back and forth with different prices on things, tried charging my warranty place more than their service fees, and the up charge on their products is ridiculous! I had to pay out of pocket for the diagnostic fee which sucked after the experience. And on top that they don’t take credit from you. So, when I left to go pull cash for the price they told me. I get inside to pay and they told me that it wasn’t $85 but now $86. As I went to drive my car away they can out of the shop and told me they for got to put the plastic cover over my engine. The guy that came out to put it on was smoking a cigarette over my car and I found that to be super unprofessional. And it also smelled of weed inside. My car stunk for days inside from whoever was in it. I decided not to use them and take my car to the dodge dealership. And not shocking they have found several more things wrong with it.

I had 2 trucks in this shop over the course of about 6 months. The last time I had a truck in this shop was to replace a rack n pinion. I knew the ball joints were also not in great shape but I was traveling only 100 miles away to the next place we had to work. I could tell on the drive it wasn't driving or steering well. When I put the truck in the shop at the next stop I found out the nuts that control the steering were almost all the way loose and they were never tightened up after the work I requested was done. They were never very polite and just acted like if they weren't doing the work they didn't care. Thank goodness I didn't lose all steering or lose a tire on the interstate that could've killed me, my kids or someone else. I spent thousands in that shop. Wish I could give a better report and yes I have all receipts. If you care about safety, I wouldn't recommend. Spent thousands at this shop. Now I have to get both vehicles looked over because I second guess their work. The only reason I give 2 stars is the woman in the office is nice and polite.
